This one-year long program helps executives understand the key role of ownership in achieving desired goals and teaches them how to build an “ownership culture.”
Mark works directly with you and assesses your current leadership style with regards to ownership so you can leverage your strengths and bolster areas of weakness. As a participant in Mark’s one-on-one mentoring program, you’re entitled to mentoring sessions through the year at your office (timed to meet your individual situation), as well as unlimited phone/email support for the duration of the program. At the start of the mentoring, you receive tailored training on the core mindsets/habits that enable you to be a role model for an “ownership culture” in your organization. This investment in mentoring will pay handsome dividends as your team becomes more effective and engaged with your organization’s goals and achievements.

Mark’s advisory service is retainer based and continues for as long as you wish to be mentored (some of Mark’s clients find the mentoring and advice so valuable that they continue for five or more years).
Mark will advise you and your leadership team and will help you and your organization achieve outstanding results. He’ll help you create strategies for communicating your vision (the “why”) and goals across the organization, and will work with you on creating implementation plans for translating your organization’s goals into action. He will help you and your leadership team drive an “ownership culture” where your entire organization is taking ownership for the results.
